Description
To pick up your Emergency Kit, you must fill out this form and bring it with you to Carter’s Pharmacy at the time of pick-up. One kit per person based on pharmacy guidelines.
This kit includes:
- Singulair: This helps with congestion, sneezing, and coughing from sinus drainage in times of increased pollen without causing drowsiness as some of the traditional medicines can. (Beware- it can cause night terrors but this tends to be rare.)
- Hydroxyzine: Helps to dry mucus production quickly. It can cause drowsiness and dry mouth as a common side effect. It can also be used for itching in case of certain allergic rashes. Use short-term until something more permanent can be prescribed.
- Steroid Cream: Use sparingly on a rash for no more than 3 days. Do not use around the eyes. If no changes please seek care.
- Astepro: This can be used when you are having more issues with nasal congestion.
