Description
To pick up your Emergency Kit, you must fill out this form and bring it with you to Carter’s Pharmacy at the time of pick-up. One kit per person based on pharmacy guidelines.
This kit includes:
- Zofran: Used for nausea or seasickness.
- Bacitracin: Apply to rashes or cuts after they have been cleaned with soapy water.
- Meclizine: Another great option for seasickness or vertigo.
- Scopolamine Patch: Optional if you are going out on a boat for an extended amount of time and you may suffer from nausea. These patches last up to 3 days when worn.
- Keflex: Accidents happen at the beach. In case of cuts or issues with any infections related to a local rash, this is a short-term antibiotic to be used.
